Thursday 23th: 7 PM to 8.30 PM - players training and accreditation. Players training schedule.
Friday and Saturday (24th -25th): Qualification groups
Sunday 26th: Quarters finals (10 AM) - Semifinals (1 PM) - Final (4 PM)
DRESS CODE B: See art. 19 & 20 of the Basic Concepts of the Sporting Program
It's allowed to play only with dress code B.
This competition is part of the Longoni NextGen circuit of 3 event: 2 Grand Prix 3C U21 and the European Championship 3C U21. Each event will assign points in a dedicated yearly ranking. The 3 best ranked athletes at the end of the 3 events will be awarded with a Wild Card (free of registrations fees) for the next European Championship 3C Individual 2024-2025.
ATHLETES ROOMS RESERVATIONS:
CEB will take in charge the hotel cost for the athletes in double room in the HARMONY CLUB Hotel. Officials, coaches or parents: please make your reservations directly to the hotel.
If an athlete shares a double room with a companion (coach, parents, officials, etc..) please book directly to the hotel contacts and then CEB will refund the half.

By National Federations and by players.
1. One representatives of the organizer federation (TO BE REGISTERED AS "PLACED").
2. Athletes first registered by each federation, according to the nations ranking of last EC 3C U21, federations not represented will be accepted as last. Then athletes registered as seconds, third and so on, according to the same order.
3. Free registrations from athletes on a first come first serve basis, until the maximum number of participant is reached (by email to stefano.malacrita@eurobillard.org).
Qualifications: 4 groups of 5, best two qualified to KO rounds.
KO Rounds: Quarter finals - Semifinals - Final
Qualification groups: 25 points - 50 innings
KO Rounds: 35 points - no equalization

By plane
A local airport in Ostrava called "Leos Janacek" (airport code OSR). There is a direct flight between Ostrava and Warsaw. More information is available here.

Ostrava can also be reached flying to the near Polish airports of Cracov or Katowice and then renting a car or taking a train available at cheap prices. Katowice airport is 118 Km from Ostrava, approx 70 minutes by car. Cracov airport is 154 Km from Ostrava, approx 100 minutes by car.
